How do I deactivate a student or parent account?
To deactivate a student or parent account:
Go to My School > Parents for parents, or My School > Students for students.
Find the student or parent in question using the filters at the top of the page.
Click the three dots to the right of the relevant parent or student.
Select Deactivate.
Something to note:
Once deactivated, students and parents will no longer be able to log in to Parent App on their phone, and will not be able to see any reports published.
