What should I do if I need support with Pupil Progress App?

  • There is a dedicated Pupil Progress App support page specifically for parents, at:

  • Because of our Data Processing Agreement, all support enquires from parents are initially directed to the school.

  • However, the school is welcome to then pass on any issues which require Pupil Progress team support to us through the usual channels.
