When adding a Published Assessment, you will not see an option to edit the grade boundaries.

Why is this the case?

By default, Published Assessments use the same series that is currently applied on your tracker, in order to produce the most accurate working-at grades for your students.

However...

By combining two features - Copy Existing Assessment and Custom Grade Boundaries - you can enter alternative boundaries for selected qualifications, such as GCSE Maths, Science and MFL, as well as all A-Level and AS-Level courses.

Add a Past Paper with Custom Grade Boundaries

  1. Within Live Tracking, click Add New Assessment from the left menu and select Copy Existing Assessment.

    • Alternatively, hover over Tracking from the top menu, then select Assessments > Add New Assessment > Copy Existing Assessment.

  2. Scroll down to the Grade Boundaries area and select the option for Custom Grade Boundaries.

  3. Enter specific mark requirements into the boxes to match that of the alternative series that you're looking to add.

  4. Complete the steps to adding your assessment.
