How can I hide my tracker's default assessment?

  • All KS4 and KS5 trackers on Pupil Progress will contain a default assessment, both to ensure clarity as to the tracker's structure, as well as allowing all grades to be calculated correctly.

  • However, in some cases, you may seek to use only Customised Assessments on your tracker, with the Published Assessments in turn taking up blank space on your tracker and the student reports.

To hide these, follow these steps:

  1. First open up your tracker, before toggling Tools

  2. Click Edit Assessments (Pictured in the GIF below)

3. Once on this page, click Quick Edit for the specification and year group you want to edit, and then simply untick the boxes corresponding to the classes that the assessment shows on. (Pictured in the GIF below)

4. Return to the tracker, the default assessment will be hidden and you will only see your Customised Assessment/s instead.

At least one Published Assessment will still need to be set as counting towards the overall grade
