Users Overview

Within the Users page, you're able to view the following:

  • Filters: Filter by name and school to search for a particular user.

  • Role: Identify Trust Users and Trust Super Admins.

  • Details: Account name and email address.

  • Leader of: Subject areas that a Trust User is a Leader of.

  • Schools: All schools that the user is able to log into.

Grant Access to a User

To invite a user as a Trust User or Trust Super Admin:

  1. On the Users page, click the blue Grant Access To User button.

  2. Search for the user by their name.

  3. Select whether to invite them as a Trust Super Admin or a Trust User. As a Trust Super Admin, they'll have access to all schools and assessment features. If you select Trust User, you can then choose which subjects they are a Leader of from the Subject Area dropdown, as well as which schools they can access below this.

  4. If you're adding the user to a school for the first time, you can also select which general user permissions to assign them for the school e.g. School Admin, Teacher, Owner.

  5. Select the blue Invite button to confirm.

Edit Existing Trust User

To update an existing Trust User or Trust Super Admin's permissions:

  1. On the Users page, click the three dots to the far right of the relevant user and select Details from the dropdown.

  2. You can then change the Trust User type under User configuration.

  3. If editing a Trust User, you can also change which schools they have access to, or their role within a particular school. Just head to the Schools tab, click the three dots to the right of a school and select Revoke Access or Edit Role.

To revoke Trust-Level permissions:

  1. On the Users page, click the three dots to the far right of the relevant user and select Delete. Their Pupil Progress account will remain active, however all trust-level permissions will be removed from their account.
