With school's essential firewall and network security settings in place, we ask that you whitelist the following secure address in order for Pupil Progress to function most efficiently:

Note that this is not a regular link that you can open in a browser, so there's nothing to view if you try to open it.

Instead, it’s a connection point that lets your browser talk directly to our server in real time. We use it to save your data as you enter it and keep everything in sync.

Whitelisting this will ensure that all updates run smoothly, and means that data saves and grade calculations update immediately after data entry.

We use Intercom for our help-desk in the bottom right corner of the platform. To ensure all staff can access this, make sure your ad blocker or firewall allows requests to all Intercom domains listed below:
