With school's essential firewall and network security settings in place, we ask that you whitelist the following secure address in order for Pupil Progress to function most efficiently:

We use this address to securely send and receive data between your browser and our servers in real time.

Whitelisting this will ensure that all updates run smoothly, and means that data saves and grade calculations update immediately after data entry.


Accessing our help centre

We use Intercom for our help-desk in the bottom right corner of the platform. To ensure all staff can access this, make sure your ad blocker or firewall allows requests to all Intercom domains listed below:
