If you're a School Admin, you'll be able to add students to your school's students list.

User Permission Levels can be easily amended by a School Admin.

How do I add students to my school?

  • From the top menu, select My School and then go to Students from the dropdown. (Pictured in the GIF below)

Accessing students menu

  • Here, you'll see that you can either do a mass import from an Excel file or manually add one student at a time with the blue button Add student. (Pictured below)

Something to note:

  • If you're doing a mass import, we'll provide an Excel template for you to fill in all the required information.

  • Just click on Download XLS template when the windows below pops up. (Pictured in the GIF below).

Downloading xls template

  • Once you've entered all your students' details on the template, save the file and then click on Upload import file.

I can't see the "Students" tab - what do I do?

  • This functionality is currently enabled for School Admins only.

  • If your permission level is below that, you would have to get in touch with a member of staff who is labelled as a School Admin on your school's account. They can either choose to upgrade your permission level or complete the upload for you.

Be sure to follow the guidance included within the XLS Template, before clicking Upload Import File, to overcome any obstacles here.
