How can I activate my account?
After your school admin adds you to the platform, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to create a password and sign in.
Make sure to do this as soon as you can, as the link will expire after a couple of days.
If you're trying to access your account and did not create a password to begin with, your School Admin is able to resend your invitation email.
Alternatively, you are welcome to get in touch with us using the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen, and a member of our team will be able to help.
