Deactivate a student or parent account
To deactivate a student or parent account:
Go to My School > Parents for parents, or My School > Students for students.
Find the relevant student or parent using the filters at the top of the page.
Click the three dots to the far right of their details.
Select DEACTIVATE.
Once deactivated, students and parents will no longer be able to log in to the Pupil Progress App on their phone, and will not be able to see any reports published.
π‘ Note: You can reactivate a student or parent at any time by clicking the three dots again and selecting ACTIVATE.
Bulk delete parent accounts
If students have left your school and you have removed them from your MIS, you can then delete parent accounts in bulk by following the steps below:
Go to My School > Parents.
Select APP PARENT ACTIONS at the top of the page.
Select All unsynced parents.
Select REQUEST to confirm the bulk deletion of all unsynced parents.
π‘ Note: It's not currently possible to delete student app accounts without removing students attainment data too.
