Deactivate a student or parent account
To deactivate a student or parent account:
Go to My School > Parents for parents, or My School > Students for students.
Find the relevant student or parent using the filters at the top of the page.
Click the three dots to the far right of their details.
Select DEACTIVATE.
Once deactivated, students and parents will no longer be able to log in to the Pupil Progress App on their phone, and will not be able to see any reports published.
π‘ Note: You can reactivate a student or parent at any time by clicking the three dots again and selecting ACTIVATE.
Bulk delete student and parent App accounts
If students have left your school and you have removed them from your MIS, you can then delete students' and parents' App accounts in bulk. By doing this, their details will also be removed from the student and parent lists.
To delete student and/or parent App accounts in bulk:
Go to My School > Parents for parents, or My School > Students for students.
Select APP PARENT ACTIONS or APP STUDENT ACTIONS at the top of the page.
Select All unsynced parents or All unsynced students.
Select REQUEST to confirm the bulk deletion of all unsynced students and parents.
