How to deactivate a student or parent account

A step-by-step guide to deactivating a student or parent Pupil Progress App account.

How do I deactivate a student or parent account?

To deactivate a student or parent account:

  1. Go to My School > Parents for parents, or My School > Students for students

  2. Find the student or parent in question either:

    • by scrolling through and using the page navigation pages at the bottom of the page;

    • or by using the free-text or dropdown filters at the top of the page.

  3. Click the three dots button to the right of the row

  4. Click Deactivate


Something to note:

  • The student or parent will no longer be able to log in to Parent App on their phone, and will not be able to see any reports published on it.
