How do I deactivate a student or parent account?
To deactivate a student or parent account:
Go to My School > Parents for parents, or My School > Students for students
Find the student or parent in question either:
by scrolling through and using the page navigation pages at the bottom of the page;
or by using the free-text or dropdown filters at the top of the page.
Click the three dots button to the right of the row
Click Deactivate
Something to note:
The student or parent will no longer be able to log in to Parent App on their phone, and will not be able to see any reports published on it.
