Creating student and parent accounts on the Pupil Progress App

What actions are needed to create student and parent App accounts?

If your school's MIS has been connected with Pupil Progress using Groupcall Xporter, and permissions (scopes) have been set up correctly, you should not need to set up student or parent accounts manually.

Student and parent information will pull directly from the MIS and accounts created automatically.


Contact Support

If the Groupcall Xporter sync is in place for your school, but students or parents are not appearing in My School > Parents; or if Groupcall Xporter sync is not set up, but you wish to set up Pupil Progress App, get in touch with our Support team.
