It's easy to download a copy of the data in Pupil Progress so that you can upload it into 4Matrix for further analysis. First, on Pupil Progress, click Analysis from the top bar and choose for which year group you are looking to download the data. Then, select Grade Summary from the options on the pop-up box before clicking Continue.

This will show you the Average Unit Grade for all of the students in this year group across all subject areas - you can change what grade is being pulled from the 'Source' dropdown along the top bar. You're also able to click 'Configure Columns' above the students' names on the left hand side if you'd like to add any additional fields. Note: Gender and UPN must be included in order for you to copy this data into 4Matrix.

Once your grade source and columns are configured, toggle Tools at the top and then select Download as XLS. This will download all of the Grade Summary's raw data as an Excel file, which can then be easily copy and pasted elsewhere as needed. You're able to repeat this process as many times as is necessary across multiple year groups.

Now that you have a download of your assessment data, head to 4Matrix and select the Admin tab. Then, go to Spreadsheet -> Pupils / Results. This will open the Identify Data box, where you can select the academic year and year group before creating a new series and adjusting any other options.

When on the Select Data tab, switch back to your Pupil Progress download and copy the data. You can then click Paste to import this in to 4Matrix. Then, all you need to do is match up the columns and subjects, and click Finish when you're done.
