How can I create an intervention group in Pupil Progress?

Using Pupil Progress' Tagging feature, you can set intervention markers on students with ease, before exporting the student list to a tool like Excel or Word in a single click.

  1. First, you'll need to set up your intervention marker.

  2. To create a new tag, head to your tracker and toggle the Tagging option above the students' names.

  3. You're then able to click Configure and then the grey Create New Tag button that will be showing on screen.

  4. You can access the same menu by hovering over Tracking from the home page and clicking Tags, before clicking the blue Add Tag button.

Watch our video below to learn the steps to tagging specific students:

How do I filter by my intervention group?

  • Once your tag has been created, simply use Pupil Progress Filter tool to show only the students for that intervention group.

  • Then, click Copy Student List above their names to copy all students to your clipboard - you can then paste this list to any other platform that you need, such as Word, Excel or your school's MIS.

You can view how many students are assigned to each tag from within Tracking < Tags. Simply click the Three-dot symbol to the right of the Tag and select Show Students.
