How to use the new-look Pupil Progress tracker

A step-by-step guide to all of the new features in your new-look tracker

From September 2024, you'll notice a new-look to your Pupil Progress tracker. This article will guide you through all the changes so that you're able to continue tracking your attainment with confidence. The video below explains the changes with all the details you need, with a summary included in the collapsable sections below.

New options within your tracker

  • You can click the icon with your initials in the top left corner of the tracker to switch between your school accounts, or to access the trust dashboard.

  • The options to flick between your Live Tracking, Forecast and Snapshot tools can now be found on the upper right hand side.

  • To add an assessment, simply click the blue Add New Assessment button.

  • The View option allows you to pin or hide selected grades, as well as edit individual assessments.

  • Tools now includes the Tagging and Linking features.

  • Student Attributes has replaced the previous Configure Columns feature.

  • The Undo and Redo buttons below where your class' name is listed can be used to correct mistakes.

πŸ“– Pupil Progress Tip

By default, only one unit can be expanded at a time - this helps to make your tracker as speedy as possible. If you'd like to have multiple units open at once, simply click View and tick the box for Enable showing multiple units
