You're able to add additional columns of subcategory data to your tracker, such as Pupil Premium, SEN or Prior Attainment banding by clicking on Configure Columns above where the students' names are listed. You can do this in the Grade Summary, KS4 Grade Analysis or Learning Characteristics Analysis tools on Pupil Progress also.

Any additional configured columns will also appear on any downloaded files, which you can access by toggling Tools and clicking Download.

To show only the students from a certain data category, you may instead wish to use Pupil Progress' Filter tool instead. The article below provides more info on this:
