How can I produce a report based on a single assessment?

With student reports, any assessments that are present on your tracker will be included within the reports file. So if there is a mock exam or individual assessment that you’re wanting a report on, you'll need to hide all other assessments on your tracker before requesting a report. To do this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Hover over the Tracking top bar, and select Assessments from the dropdown menu

  2. Once you’ve used the subject area filters to locate the relevant tracker, select Quick Edit in the top right corner

  3. Simply untick each assessment underneath the class name, leaving only your target assessment ticked

  4. Click Save Changes in the top right corner.

Now, when you request your students’ reports, either on an individual basis or in bulk, they will contain assessment data solely related to the visible assessment.
