In order to save you time by only loading the data that you need, by default your Pupil Progress tracker will minimise the unit you currently have open when you go to open a different one. However, sometimes it's necessary to review all of the data on your tracker at the same time, so you can easily override this to show multiple units at the same time.

Enabling showing multiple units on your tracker

To allow multiple units to show on your tracker:

  1. Click to open the View menu from your tracker's sidebar

  2. Tick the box for Enable showing multiple units, before clicking Yes to confirm the popup message

  3. Click away from the View menu to return to your tracker, where you will now be able to open multiple units by clicking on the corresponding grey plus + icons.

Something to note:

Enabling showing multiple units may result in slower loading times from your tracker, due to loading much more data at one time. For this reason, we'd recommend completing the same steps to switch this feature back off when you are done reviewing your data for the best possible performance.

You'll need to have each unit expanded ahead of exporting the tracker, if you're looking for the data to be included in the download file.
