How can I filter the data in my trackers?

  1. From the live tracker, clicking the Filter option allows you to filter the data present by Grades, by Student Attributes (such as Pupil Premium, Ethnicity and SEN Need), Comparison to MTG, Learning Characteristics, Tag (Pictured in the GIF below).

  • You are able to combine multiple attributes to a filter if you wish.

2. When filtering by grade, you can first select whether to go by a specific test, unit, or your students' average unit grades, before indicating the grades you are looking to see/ (Pictured in the GIF below)

  • Once a filter is applied to your tracker, a red bubble will show along the top bar to notify you that some students may not be visible.

  • Any filter will stay on the tracker until you turn it off, so be sure to keep this in mind for when you come back.

If you are noticing trends when filtering by multiple attributes, it may be worth setting up a Tag for these particular students
