If you have yet to report data from a specific subject you may choose to remove this from your student reports. It is possible to exclude multiple subjects from reports if they are not yet relevant so that you are just reporting back on what you need. Please note, whilst you are easily able to download individual student reports from the tracker itself, only School Admin and Subject Lead users are able to request a zip file of all reports from students in a year group. User Permission Levels can be easily amended by a School Admin.
How do I exclude a subject from student reports?
Go to Reports and then select Downloadable Reports from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to By Year Group and select your chosen year group from the menu above. (As pictured below)
Click on Selected Class Tracker Groups and untick the subjects you would like to remove from the reports.
Make sure to click Save Selected and then select Request Report. (As pictured below)
What happens next?
Once you've requested the reports, you'll first receive an email to confirm your request and then an email with a link to Download the generated reports shortly after.
