The Selected Class Tracker Groups option can be found when downloading reports either by student or year group, allowing you to customise which subjects are included within reports.
By default, all trackers that a student is assigned to will be included in their reports. However, using Selected Class Tracker Groups, you can deselect trackers to exclude them from student reports.
Note that while you can download Individual Student Reports from the tracker itself, only School Admin and Subject Leaders are able to request a zip file of all reports from students in a year group.
Exclude a subject from student reports
To exclude a subject from reports for a student or year group:
Hover over Reports and select Downloadable Reports from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to By Year Group or By Student, depending on your preferred download type.
Select the relevant Year Group from the dropdown at the top of the page, and search the student's name if downloading a report for an individual student.
3. Click on Selected Class Tracker Groups and untick the subjects you would like to remove from the reports.
4. Make sure to click Save Selected and then select Request Report.
π‘ Within Selected Class Tracker Groups, you'll see all trackers applicable to the year group. This means if you're requesting reports by student, you'll need to select only subjects that the student is assigned to.
What happens next?
Once you've requested the reports, you'll first receive an email to confirm your request and then an email with a link to Download the reports shortly after.

The 'Click here to download' link can only be accessed by the User that had initially requested the reports.
