Download Class Averages Reports

Download reports from the Class Average Comparison view.

The Class Average Comparison is a tracker view that displays a row of average marks and grades for each class within a year group for a specific qualification.

You can download a report of the averages for each class from within the Class Average Comparison view. Use this for whole-class analysis to inform your teaching and assess department-wide performance.


Download a Class Averages Report

To download a Class Averages Report:

  1. From the Tracking homepage, click the three dots to the right of the relevant qualification title and select Open Class Average Comparison from the dropdown menu.

  2. Click the Download symbol within the Report column to the right of any class. The Class Averages Report will then be saved in your Downloads folder.

What does a Class Averages Report look like?

A Class Averages Report has the same format as an Individual Student Report, but for the entire class.

This provides an overview of average topic percentages, marks and grades across the class for a subject.

You can change the Average type from whole numbers to percentages or one-decimal place from within the View menu.
