Trust-Level Assessments are Customised Assessments that have been created for a tracker by a Trust Super Admin or Trust User at the trust-level.
Once a Trust-Level Assessment is published, it becomes available for all schools within the trust to add to classes.
This article will cover how to add an existing Trust-Level Assessment to classes. However, if you're a Trust User looking to create one, refer to the following article:
Add a Trust-Level Assessment to classes
To add a Trust-Level Assessment to classes:
Within Live Tracking for a class, select the blue Add New Assessment button in the left menu and choose Trust-Level Assessment.
If no Trust-Level Assessments have been created yet, you'll see a message saying 'No additional Trust-Level Assessments exist for this subject...'. In this case, reach out to the relevant Trust User for your subject.
Once a Trust-Level Assessment has been published for the tracker, a Select Assessment dropdown will appear, allowing you to choose which assessment to add.
The assessment details β including the Unit, Name, Questions, Marks, Topics and Grade Boundaries β cannot be edited as these have been determined by the assessment creator at the trust-level. However, you can choose whether to:
Show QLA in Reports
Count Towards Unit and Summary Grades (unless grade is hidden)
Count Towards Topic / Skills Summary
Finally, select the classes you want to make the assessment visible in, then click Save and Collapse and Create Assessments.
Note:
A Trust-Level Assessment can only be added to a class once. If you need a copy, request a Trust Super Admin or Trust User to publish a new assessment at the trust-level.
Using Trust-Level Assessments
Once you've added a Trust-Level Assessment to a tracker, it will be clearly identifiable by the badge to the left of the assessment name.

How Trust-Level Assessments appear in the Assessment List:
Hidden Grades
If the assessment creator has selected Hide Grade, you'll only see columns for entering marks. The Total Marks and Assessment Grade will be hidden from view.
This also means the assessment will not count towards Unit and Summary Grades.
Edit Assessments
While you cannot edit the content of a Trust-Level Assessment, you can update the following settings at any time from the Assessment List:
Show QLA in Reports
Count Towards Unit and Summary Grades (unless grade is hidden)
Count Towards Topic / Skills Summary
Simply go to Edit Assessments > Quick Edit and tick or untick the relevant boxes in the row of the Trust-Level Assessment. Then, Save Changes to update the assessment settings.
