Edit assessment details

Make changes to existing assessments, including to the QLA and Grade Boundaries.

Note: This feature is only accessible to School Admins and Leaders of subject areas.


Navigate to Edit Assessments

To make changes to an existing assessment:

  1. Hover over the Tracking in the top menu, and select Assessments from the dropdown.

  2. Use the filters to navigate to your subject and course.

  3. Click the three vertically-aligned dots to the right of the relevant Customised or Published Assessment.

  4. Choose Edit.

Alternatively, use the shortcut to edit an assessment directly from your tracker:

  1. Click Edit Assessments in the left side menu.

  2. Then, click the three vertically-aligned dots to the right of the relevant Customised or Published Assessment.

  3. Choose Edit.


Make changes to your assessments

When editing a Customised Assessment, you can make changes to the following:

  • Assessment name and date taken

  • Whether it counts towards Summary Grades and Topics

  • Whether the grade is hidden

  • Whether to show QLA in reports

  • Question descriptions, number of marks, and the order

  • Grade Boundaries

  • Which classes it's visible on

When editing a Published Assessment, you can make changes to the following:

  • Assessment name

  • Whether it counts towards Summary Grades and Topics

  • Whether to show QLA in reports

  • Which classes it's visible on

Once an assessment has been deleted, you won't be able to restore it directly on the platform. If you're unsure whether to delete, we suggest hiding it instead.
