Edit a Customised Assessment

Change the name, marks, and QLA of any of your Customised Assessments.

Note: This feature is only accessible to School Admins and Leaders of subject areas.


Edit a Customised Assessment

  1. Hover over the Tracking option on the menu bar.

  2. Click on Assessments from the dropdown menu.

  3. Use the filters to see your subject and course.

  4. Click the three vertically-aligned dots to the right of the Customised Assessment you are editing.

  5. Click Edit or Delete or the up and down arrows to change the order it displays on the tracker.

You can also use the shortcut to edit an assessment directly from your tracker:

  1. Click on the Edit Assessments option within the left hand side of your tracker.

  2. Click the three vertically-aligned dots on the right side of the column and select Edit.

Deleting assessment

  • Editing an assessment allows you to make any changes you need to, such as to the QLA and grade boundaries. You can remove, duplicate, or move questions up or down in the list by clicking the three dots to the right of any question. You can also Add Another Question at the bottom of the list.

Once an assessment has been deleted you will not be able to restore it directly on the platform. If you are unsure at all whether to delete, it is better to hide it on the classes using the steps mentioned above.
