How do I move or delete students?
Synchronised classes will handle all class moves for you. If you want to move or remove a student, you will need to contact your school's data manager to make the change on your MIS system.
Any student who changes classes on your MIS will automatically be updated. You may need to wait 1 day as the synchronisation takes place at night.
Something to note:
Any students that are no longer in a class will appear in a new class called Not assigned to a class.
All students who are moved class will keep all their data and take it to the new class.
Will it delete my students?
No. We never delete or remove data or students without expressed permission.
The synchronisation will move any students that are no longer in your class on the MIS to a new class called "Not assigned to a class". Their data will be kept too.
Something to note:
The "Not assigned to a class" is a manually managed class. To remove a student from a class;
Click the 3-dot button to the right of the green Live Tracking button, then select Edit Class.
Scroll down to the student list and click Remove.
