It's easy to download a copy of the data in Pupil Progress so that you can upload it into your Bromcom MIS. First, on Pupil Progress, click Analysis from the top bar and choose for which year group you are looking to download the data. Then, select Grade Summary from the options on the pop-up box before clicking Continue.

This will show you the Average Unit Grade for all of the students in this year group across all subject areas - you can change what grade is being pulled from the 'Source' dropdown along the top bar. You're also able to click 'Configure Columns' above the students' names on the left hand side if you'd like to add any additional fields, such as a unique identifier like Admission Number or UPN.

Once your grade source and columns are configured to what's best for you, toggle Tools at the top and then select Download as XLS. This will download all of the Grade Summary's raw data as an Excel file, which can then be easily copy and pasted elsewhere as needed. You're able to repeat this process as many times as is necessary across multiple year groups.

Now that you have a download of your assessment data, head to Bromcom and from the left hand side select Modules -> Assessment -> Assessment Sheets List. Once you open the assessment sheet that you're looking to update, click the Export button towards the top of the page - this should then download another Excel spreadsheet where you can paste in your grades from Pupil Progress (or use a =Match/Lookup function if you're an Excel whiz!).

Once you have made the changes to the Bromcom assessment sheet, save the file and then click Import (immediately to the left of the export button from earlier) to upload this. You'll then just need to save this on Bromcom and your grade data has been imported!
