As of June 2023, you'll notice some changes to the way that you access support on Pupil Progress.

What's changed?

When you click the new chat icon in the bottom right corner, you'll be met with a new home area: (Pictured Below)

Something to note:

  • The content you see in the home area will change over time, as we'll be sharing important info and useful tips to make sure that you're getting the most out of Pupil Progress.

  • This may also contain content specific to you, based on factors like the subject/s you teach or your Pupil Progress account type.

The Messages Tab:

  • Clicking on the Messages tab at the bottom of the page will show you all of your previous interactions with us, whether you've spoken with a human or had your issue resolved by our bot. (Pictured Below)

  • This means that it's easy to find important details from last time.

  • If you've not used our support centre before, or you're looking to get support on a different issue, you're able to click the blue Send us a message button to open up a new chat.

The Help Tab:

  • Finally, the Help option in the bottom right hand corner shows you all of the support articles to aid your use of Pupil Progress, within the messenger itself.

  • Simply click the article for it to show - this allows you to follow step-by-step instructions or watch a video all whilst remaining in your tracker. (Pictured in the GIF below)

Sending a message to us on a pre-existing/closed conversation will reopen a conversation, so that we can pick up where you left off!
