With the Pupil Progress and Sisra Analytics integration, you can export the Grades Summary as an XLS file compatible with uploading directly to Sisra Analytics for further analysis.

Export data from Pupil Progress

To download a Sisra Analytics-ready file of summary grades for a cohort:

  1. Select Analysis from the top menu and choose a Year Group from the dropdown.

  2. Select Grades Summary from the options, then click Continue.

  3. In the Grades Summary, you can view an Average Unit Grade across all subject areas for all students in the year group. To change which grade is shown, select the Grade Type dropdown in the left menu and choose from the summary grades.

  4. Open Student Attributes in the left menu and select any additional fields to display, such as Form, SEN, or Pupil Premium.

  5. Open Tools in the left menu and select Download SISRA Export.

  6. Select your preferred Student Identifier to be included in the file: Candidate Number, Unique Pupil Number, or Admission Number. Then, select Download, and the file will be saved in your downloads folder.

This will become your default Student ID when downloading the Grades Summary. However, you can change it at any time by clicking Configure, selecting a different value and then Save.
