Step 1: Download Grades in Pupil Progress
In Pupil Progress, select Analysis in the top bar and choose which year group you want to download data for.
Select Grades Summary from the options, then CONTINUE.
In the Grades Summary, Average Unit Grades are displayed by default. However, you can change what grade is being pulled using the Grade Type dropdown in the left menu.
Open Student Attributes in the left menu to add additional fields. A unique identifier like Admission Number or UPN is required for importing to iSAMS.
Once your grade source and columns are configured, open Tools in the left menu and select Download as XLS. This will download all of the Grade Summary's raw data as an Excel file.
Repeat this process as many times as you need across multiple year groups.

Once you have downloaded your data, follow the below steps in iSAMS:
Log into iSAMS and navigate to the Tracking Manager module.
Use the External Import tool to upload your file.
Map the columns in your spreadsheet to the corresponding tracking fields in iSAMS.
Preview the data, check for errors, and complete the import.
