*Please note: support is only available for teachers and school staff who use Pupil Progress for tracking and monitoring purposes. If you are a parent or student using the Pupil Progress App, please reach out to your school with any queries or issues and they will be able to help resolve these.*

Ways to reach us πŸ’¬

If you have any questions that you require assistance with, you are able to get in touch with us sending us a message, as well as booking a call for a set time if you would prefer. We're available between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and will be able to get back to you as soon as possible with any requests outside of these hours.

How do I send a message to support? βœ‰οΈ

Our message function can be accessed from any area by clicking the blue messenger bubble at the bottom right corner of the screen. This will show you helpful articles to answer your question, and route you through to a member of our support team if somebody is available. If you don't have time to wait, that's not a problem - our team will reply when as soon as they can and you will be emailed a notification when there's a new message waiting in your inbox.

Can I book in a call? πŸ“ž

If your query is a little more time sensitive, or you would rather just speak with one of us, you are more than welcome to book a set time for a Google Meet call (often right away if you wish) to address any queries via the link below:
