If you're a Leader of a subject or a School Admin, you can access the Analysis tool which will allow you to generate student reports in mass. User Permission Levels can be easily amended by a School Admin.
How do I download reports from the home page?
Hover over Reports on the top menu, and then click on Downloadable Reports. (Click below to expand the GIF)
2. You'll then be able to generate student reports in 4 different ways:
By student
You can generate reports for selected students across all subjects.
By subject
You can generate reports for a specific subject all at once, or further filter the selection and choose a specific class and selected students within that class.
By year group
You can generate reports for a whole year group at once, across all subjects.
By attribute
You can generate reports for specific groups of students based on their information, such as their SEND status.
3. You can also select which report template to use when downloading the reports. If you do not have any report templates set up yet, this article explains how you can do this β‘ How to customise student reports
4. Once you've clicked on Request Report, you'll receive first an email to confirm your request and secondly an email with a link to Download the generated reports.
Something to note:
Please be aware that there will be a delay before you receive the second email, as the system will need some time to process all the information and generate all student reports requested.

If you have sent through a report request, you will need to be logged into your Pupil Progress account to access the Download link sent back to you.
