How can I export the data from my tracker?

If you're looking for a quick way to download your tracker view, you can simply;

  1. Go into your class' Live Tracking (or Year Group Overview if you need data for all classes)

  2. Go to the Tools menu on the left hand side

  3. In the menu, you'll then see the option to Download. This will generate an XLS file that you can find in your download folder. (Pictured in the GIF below)

If you're a Leader of a subject or a School Admin, you'll also have access to the Analysis tool, which can also be downloaded to have a file including the grades across the different subjects. To do this;

  1. Click on Analysis from the top menu

  2. Select the relevant year group and then select Grade Boundaries. In here, you can then choose to change the source of the information in your view based on your needs. (Pictured in the GIF below)

When exporting your data, the XLS file will contain all of the visible columns within your Tracker, if you wish to hide any assessment data you can do so from within your Assessment List (Tools < Edit Assessments < Quick Edit)
