Access Tools in your tracker

Getting started with the Tools in your tracker.

Written by Tobi Davis

Within the left side menu of all trackers, you'll see all available settings and features, including Tools. The Tools available depend on which Tracker Mode you're using.

Here's a breakdown of all the tools available across Data Entry and Tracker Analysis.

Data Entry Tools

Once you open Tools in Data Entry, you'll see the below options:

  • Change the grade boundaries applied throughout your whole tracker (accessible only to Leader of and School Admin users).

  • Enter data for your students in bulk using copy and paste.

  • Select assessment, unit, or summary grades to copy into editable Summary Grade columns.

  • Move specific students to a different class or tracker.

  • Amend the available options for a tracker, such as optional units.

  • Move specific or all students between Foundation and Higher tiers (for tiered subjects only).

Tracker Mode Tools

In Tracker Analysis, you can also change Grade Boundaries and move students between classes and tiers. Additionally, you can access the following options:

  • Enable the ability to tag students and create intervention groups, also configure and create new tags.

  • Enable the ability to link students study resources, and also configure and create new links.

  • Download the full tracker as an XLS file or download reports for the class.
