What is the 'no-entry' icon?

Why can't I enter data into columns?

  • If you have added a new Published or Customised Assessment, or you are new to the platform, your Pupil Progress tracker will automatically collapse individual columns to ensure that you can see as much relevant information as possible.

  • When the columns are collapsed it will only show the display data (i.e. areas that you cannot enter data into). This will mean that a 'no-entry' icon will show when you try to enter marks into your tracker. (Pictured in the GIF below)

  • In order to be able to input your own data the columns need to be expanded by clicking on the "+" button next to the title of your unit/section. (Pictured in the GIF below)

Something to note:

  • It is also important to make sure that you are not trying to enter data in a cell marked under an 'Average' or 'Topic Summary' column either - these ones are read-only, and will be auto-populated as you enter data into your tracker's other columns.

Now that your columns are expanded, you should be able to enter data into your trackers as you please - if you're still experiencing issues however, you're always welcome to reach out to via the chat icon and a member of our team will assist you.

Minimising your assessment columns will hide your assessment data and allow you to easily scroll to the right-hand side of the tracker and view your Summary Grades
