Pupil Progress' Copy Existing Assessment feature allows School Admin and Subject Lead users to re-use any previously added assessment as many times as you like.

How can I copy an assessment from one tracker to another?

  1. To start, head to the homepage of Pupil Progress and hover over Tracking on the top menu, then click Assessments from the dropdown

  2. The blue Add New Assessment button near the top of the page will then show you three options; Published Assessment, Customised Assessment and Copy Existing Assessment

  3. You're also able to access the same screen by going to the left hand side of your tracker, and then clicking Add Assessment > Copy Assessments

  • Then, simply proceed to fill in the qualification details, both for the Target Tracker (one that you're looking to copy the assessment to), and then the Source Tracker (where the assessment is currently). (Pictured in the GIF below)

  • You'll then have the option to select which unit you'd like it to show on and make any changes to the assessment that you may need, such as removing the date taken, or adding/removing any questions.

  • Once you're happy with how the assessment looks, click Save and Collapse at the bottom. (Pictured in the GIF below)

  • On the next page, you're able to repeat the same process if there are any other assessments that you want to copy by clicking on Add Another Assessment.

  • Once you're happy with the assessment/s that you're copying, click the blue Create Assessments button to save.

Now that your assessments have been successfully copied, you're able to return to your tracker to begin entering data πŸ™Œ
