Follow the steps in this article to download a copy of your data in Pupil Progress, so that you can upload it into Sisra Analytics for further analysis.
How do I import my Pupil Progress data into SISRA?
In Pupil Progress, click Analysis from the top bar and choose which year group you are looking to download the data for.
Select Grade Summary from the options on the pop-up box before clicking Continue.

3. In the Summary, you can view an Average Unit Grade for all of the students in this year group across all subject areas. To change what grade is being pulled, select the Source dropdown along the top bar.
4. Click Configure Columns above the students' names on the left hand side if you'd like to add any additional fields, such as a unique identifier like Admission Number or UPN. Take a look at the SISRA guidance on additional columns required for import.
5. Once your grade source and columns are configured, toggle Tools at the top and then select Download as XLS. This will download all of the Grade Summary's raw data as an Excel file, ready for you to copy and paste elsewhere as needed.
6. Repeat this process as many times as you need across multiple year groups!
