Pupil Progress' Copy Assessment feature makes it easy to use any existing Customised Assessments again. This can be really useful especially for new classes, such as those in Y10, 12 or in KS3. The video below explains how you can easily add previously created assessments to your new tracker:

From your tracker:

  1. Toggle Tools, and then click Copy and Modify Assessment

  2. In the Select source area, select Customised Assessment from the 'Assessment Type' dropdown, and fill in the details for the tracker you'd like to copy your assessments from

  3. Select as many assessments as you'd like to copy, and then click the blue Copy Assessments button

  4. On this page, you will need to re-enter the term/unit/paper that you'd like to add the assessment to. You'll have the ability to make any further changes here also.

  5. Once you have saved the settings for all of your assessments, click the blue Create Assessments button.

When you return to your tracker, you'll be able to see your assessments and begin entering your new data.
