The Copy Existing Assessment feature makes it easy to use any existing Customised Assessments again, without creating a new assessment from scratch.
This tool can be particularly useful if you're looking to set your trackers up in the same way that they were last year.
Copy multiple assessments at the same time
To copy multiple assessments at once:
From within Live Tracking, select Add New Assessment from the left menu and choose Copy Existing Assessment.
Alternatively, if you're on the Tracking homepage, hover over Tracking and select Assessments from the dropdown. Then, click the blue button Add Assessments and select Copy Existing Assessment.
In the Select source area, select Customised Assessment from the Assessment Type dropdown, and fill in the details for the tracker you'd like to copy your assessments from.
Select as many assessments as you'd like to copy within the Assessment Name dropdown, and then click Copy Selected once you're done.
On the following page, you'll need to confirm the term/unit/paper to add the assessment to. You can make any changes to the assessment structure here too.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save and Collapse, followed by Create Assessments.
When you return to the tracker, expand (+) the relevant columns to view your assessments and begin entering data.
