In order to export your Pupil Progress data to the PiXL Maths app, you'll first need to include your students' Admission Numbers on your tracker. You can do this by clicking Configure Columns above their names, and ticking the box for admission number.

Then, you can download a copy of your tracker by clicking Tools -> Download. You're either able to do this for your individual class, or for a whole year group at a time, but please note that you will need to download your Higher and Foundation tiers separately. This will generate an XLS file that you can find in your computer's downloads folder.

Once you have the copy of your Pupil Progress data, log in to the PiXL Maths app and select QLA from the menu bar. Then, search for the paper that you're entering data for (such as 'Jun 23'), before selecting which paper specifically you will be uploading data for (such as 'Foundation Paper 1') and clicking the Excel button.

Once you have done this, you can choose which students to include in the download file from the PiXL Maths app. Simply copy the data from your Pupil Progress download to the PiXL Maths download template, save the file, and then upload it on the same page from which you downloaded it.

You're then able to repeat this process for your other tiers and papers until all necessary data has been imported into the PiXL Maths app.
