Providing that your school is already set up with the Pupil Progress App, you're able to utilise your trackers' Linking feature to easily share helpful resources directly with your students and their parents.
Create a link to share with students and parents
To create a new link:
Head to your class tracker (or year group overview) for the relevant subject
Open Tools from the left side menu
Tick Enable Linking and then click Configure
Select Create New Link within the pop up menu
The Target tracker details should fill in automatically, you can then enter the link details including the URL, Title and a short description to provide any further context
Set the link as active (for when you want to share your link right away) or inactive (if you'd like to prep your link first and share it at a later date)
When you're done, simply click Save & Close at the bottom of the page.
Select students to share a link with
Once you've created a link, you can then select which students to share this with:
Head back to the Tools menu and select Configure
Tick your newly-created link to mark it as visible on your tracker
A new column to the right of your students' names will then appear, with a tick-box for each
Simply tick the box to mark this link as visible for the student, alternatively you can tick the box in line with the Average row to have the link show for all students.
How will this look on Pupil Progress App?
After being ticked, and providing that your link is set as active, your students and their parents will then see a 'Useful links' tab at the bottom of their subject report on the Pupil Progress app.
They can then simply tap on the link to be taken to the resource that you've chosen.
Something to note:
If you aren't currently using the App, but are interested in finding out more, please reach out to your school's account manager.
Remove a link from any of your subjects
You can remove or make your links inactive at any point; just head to Reports > Links, click the three dots to the right of the relevant link, then select either Delete or Make Inactive.

If you're unsure on who to share the link with, we'd recommend using the Sorting feature to order your students by attainment in a certain area.
