If some parents aren't seeing all of their children on the Pupil Progress App, first check your MIS.

If your school is using the Pupil Progress app, it is important that parents are able to access all of their children's reports should they have more than one. This should happen by default when they are invited, but in the instance that they do not have access to all the reports they need, there is likely a mismatch of data on your MIS.

In order for parents to see all of their children's reports, you must ensure that the correct Parent ID numbers on your MIS are assigned to each individual student, as well as vice versa. If you are currently experiencing this issue, checking this would be the best place to start.

We have seen that, in some cases where this issue arises, the Parent ID is added to the student, but the Student ID is not added to the parent on a school's MIS (as well as the other way around). This will mean that Pupil Progress' data validation will fail, and the data will not sync through for this parent.

Of course, if you have checked the ID numbers on your MIS match for both the parent and the student, please reach out to our team via the Messages tab of the help centre (blue bubble in the bottom right corner) and we can investigate your issue more closely.
