If the school MIS has been connected with Pupil Progress using Groupcall Xporter, and permissions (scopes) have been set up correctly, you should not need to set up student or parent accounts manually. Their information should pull directly from the MIS.
If the Groupcall Xporter sync is in place but students or parents are not appearing in My School > Parents, please contact support.
If the school has not set up the Groupcall Xporter sync, but you wish to set up Pupil Progress App, please contact support.
