Just to note, as this relates to the Assessment features within the platform, this section is only accessible to School Admins and Leaders of. User Permission Levels can be easily amended by a School Admin.

How can I add a single assessment's QLA to an individual student report?

  1. Start by going to the left hand side of your tracker, and select Edit Assessments.

  2. From this page, then click Quick Edit above where your assessments are all listed.

  3. Then simply tick the box under 'Show QLA in Reports' for the assessment in question, and then Save Changes. (Pictured in the GIF below)

Something to note:

By default, your students' reports will include an overview of each assessment on the tracker, containing both their overall mark and the grade that they achieved.

  • Once you've done this, you're able to produce your student reports as you normally would, be it on an individual basis or in bulk.

  • QLA for the assessment/s you've set will now show on the reports, as highlighted below.

Something to note:

  • This is not possible for Published Assessments with a repeatable structure, and you will see an X instead of the option to tick the box.

  • This is due to the Unit average showing instead - simply marking this assessment as the only one that is counting will in turn show its QLA on the student report.

Reports will include Assessment data that is visible on the Tracker, even if it is set as not 'Counting Towards Summary Grades.' Assessments can be hidden from view via Quick Edit within your Assessment List
