As a tutor, you can use Pupil Progress to track attainment and download reports for your tutor group.
If your Pupil Progress school is set up to synchronise with your school's MIS, student details including Form will be synced automatically. You'll just need to set up Filters to view only students within your form group.
This article covers how to filter students by form, as well as how to download reports for selected form groups.
View grades for your tutor groups
To view a tutor groups' grades across all subjects, follow these steps:
Select Analysis in the top menu.
Select the Year Group you wish to view.
Click on the Grades Summary option, then Continue.
Select Filters in the left menu.
Use the dropdowns to set the options as below:
Filter by: Student
Student attribute: Form
Value: *Your Form*
Select Add Filter, then exit (X) the Filters menu.
In this Grades Summary view, you'll see only students within your selected form. You can also change the Grade Type in the left menu depending on which grades you're looking to track.

Download reports for your tutor groups
To download student reports for your tutor group, perhaps for sharing at parents' evenings or with students 1-to-1, follow these steps:
Hover over Reports in the top menu and select Downloadable Reports from the dropdown.
Select the relevant Year Group.
Select the By Attribute tab.
You can keep the Source as Live Tracking if reporting on students' live grades, or change it to any Snapshots that have been captured.
Using the Form dropdown, select the group you want to download reports for.
Using the final dropdown Report Template, you can select from any of your school's saved templates.
Tick Summary Only if you want to download headline grades only for each subject.
Select Request Report to confirm the download.
You'll then receive one email to confirm your request, followed by a second email with a link to download the generated reports.
💡 Note: There will be a short delay before you receive the second email, as the system works to generate the requested reports.
