Where do I start?
To open a tracker, start by clicking the green Live Tracking button that corresponds to the class you're looking to add marks for.
Once open, you'll see multiple colourful columns for each unit/paper. To expand a column, click the plus (+) icon at the top of the column you need to enter data into.
Click any cell within the lighter shaded columns and begin entering your marks.
π‘ You may initially see a no-entry icon when trying to enter marks - this usually means the columns are collapsed.
How are marks saved?
Marks are saved automatically. You'll notice a blue dot appear in each cell where you enter data; this indicates it's saving. The dot will disappear once the mark is saved.
Total marks and grades are also calculated automatically row by row. Grey flashing squares within these darker columns indicate that the marks are being calculated; the totals and grades will then appear shortly after.
What do the colours mean?
If you've added Minimum Target Grades for students, the cell displaying their grade will change colour depending on whether they are on or off target.
