How to take a Snapshot of all subjects

A step-by-step guide to taking School-Level Snapshots.

Note: To be able to take a School-Level Snapshot, you will need to be a School Admin.


Take a snapshot of all subjects

To take a School-Level Snapshot, follow the simple steps below:

  1. Hover over My School and select Snapshots from the dropdown menu.

  2. Click the blue button Add New School-Level Snapshot.

  3. Name your snapshot - this is how it will show for staff, as well as on reports sent via the Pupil Progress App.

  4. Choose whether to take your snapshot immediately or at a scheduled date.

  5. Click Continue. It will take a few minutes for the snapshot to save, depending on the amount of data involved.
