Note: To be able to take a School-Level Snapshot, you will need to be a School Admin.

Adding a School-level Snapshot stores a copy of all trackers at a specific point in time, allowing you to compare live data to a historic point in time.

Take a School-Level Snapshot

  1. Hover over My School and select Snapshots from the dropdown.

  2. Select ADD NEW SCHOOL-LEVEL SNAPSHOT in the top left corner of the page.

  3. Name your snapshot - this is how it will show for staff, as well as on reports sent via Pupil Progress App.

  4. Choose whether to take your snapshot immediately or at a scheduled date.

  5. You can also choose the visibility of your snapshot in terms of which year groups' trackers the snapshot will display on. All is selected by default, alternatively you can tick specific year groups.

Displaying snapshots for selected year groups means only relevant snapshots will show when viewing a snapshot in a tracker.

πŸ’‘ You can change this selection after the snapshot has been added by selecting the three dots to the right and then Edit.

  6. Click Continue. It will take a few minutes for the snapshot to save, depending on the amount of data involved.
