1. Open the tracker in Tracker Analysis mode
Navigate to the relevant tracker.
Open Tracker Analysis to access the full dataset.
Confirm the data is visible and RAG-rated against targets before exporting.
2. Open the download option in Tools
On the left-hand side menu, click Tools.
Scroll to the Downloads area.
Select Download at the bottom to begin the export process.
3. Wait for the export to be prepared
After selecting download, the system will prepare the export.
Wait for the in-platform notification confirming the file is ready.
Do not close the platform until the notification appears.
