How to use Edit Assessments

Choose which assessments count towards your overall grades

  • Navigate to the Tracking tab.

  • Hover over Assessments and filter to find your assessments.

  • Alternative path: Open the relevant class tracker and select Edit Assessments from the left-hand menu bar.

  • Use whichever route is easiest based on where you are working in the system.

  • Once the assessment list is open, select Quick Edit.

  • This opens editing mode so you can make changes to assessment settings.

  • Confirm you are in the correct class or assessment list before making updates.

  • Locate the setting Count towards summary grades.

  • Turn this setting on for assessments that should contribute to overall grades.

  • Turn it off for assessments that should not affect the final grade.

  • Example action:

    • Keep only the assessment(s) you want included, such as a summer mock.

    • Untick all other assessments if they should not count.

  • Review the options for how each assessment counts toward:

    • Topic summary

    • Skill summary

  • Decide whether each assessment should display a grade.

  • Enable or disable the option to show Q&A in reports based on reporting needs.

  • Example action:

    • For a summer mock series, enable show Q&A in reports if those responses should appear in reports.
