Tracker filtering enhancements

Improvement

The Grade filter column has been split into a Unit and Grade Column for a clearer visual of which grade you're filtering by.

You can also select multiple values when filtering by Comparison to MTG.

UI update: Assessment List

Improvement

We've refined the assessment list for clarity and control:

  • When in Quick Edit, hide or unhide an assessment from all classes in one click with the new column Show on All Classes.

  • When you hide an assessment, it now disappears from view in the list. You can then select SHOW HIDDEN ASSESSMENTS to see all assessments that have been hidden from the tracker.

  • The Count Towards Summary Grades and Count Towards Topics/Skills Summary selections are greyed out with an X on hidden assessments, to clearly show that they do not impact grades/topics.

  • Hidden assessments are identifiable with an icon displayed below the assessment name.

  • Default Assessments (Past Paper 1) are now clearly identifiable with a label.

Full Screen and Zoom controls

Improvement

We've added a Full Screen button and Zoom in and out controls to the top right of trackers. This allows you to expand your workspace and adjust the zoom level for better visibility.

Average Report download options extended

Improvement

Within a Class Average Comparison and Year Group Overview, you can now download an Average Report for the whole year group.

Display Marks on Summary Reports

New Feature

You can now choose to display Overall Total Marks and/or Average Scaled Marks on reports. If selected, the marks will be displayed at the top of each Subject Report and at the top of the Summary Report.

UI text update: Add Assessments

The final step to adding an assessment has updated from a CREATE ASSESSMENTS button to a ADD ASSESSMENTS TO TRACKER button.

You can now exclude specific students when downloading reports by Year Group within Downloadable Reports. Simply search by name and select multiple students to exclude e.g. all poor attenders.
